Raised in a family where rare ingredients and fine foods were always within reach - thanks to his father's work in food distribution - Dan developed a deep appreciation for quality and creativity in the kitchen from a young age.

Also a designer and co-owner of the Dallas based brand Dan & Joseph, Dan blends his creative sensibilities with his culinary passion, crafting meals that are thoughtful, balanced, and deeply personal.
